The coaching rate is $175 per session for personal coaching. There is a monthly plan option available from $550 on up depending on frequency and duration. Each coaching session is generally 45 minutes to one hour. Often important, significant shifts occur in three to six months. Corporate and non-profit coaching varies in price depending on scope and time frame. I keep 20 % of sessions for low fee options for untapped folks, contact me for more information.  

If you have a preferred place for coaching due to constraints, I may be available to travel;  the session cost starts at $175 and  may increase depending upon location.
